B is the Package type:

F - Flat package, metal, 1/2 inch tip-to-tip, die is electrically insulted from case

H - Flat package, ceramic, 3/4 inch tip-to-tip, die is electrically insulted from case

J - DIP, ceramic

L - Plug-in package (TO-5 transistor style), metal

N - DIP, plastic

R - Flat package, metal, 3/4 inch tip-to-tip, die is electrically insulted from case

CC is the processing instructions:
