General Information

The TMS1098, also known as the SE-2, is an evaluation chip which supported the TMS1100/TMS1300.  The TMS1098 was used in the  TI HE-2 Hardware Evaluator. The HE-2 was a emulator and debugger for the TMS1000 family. The HE-2 allowed developers to debug their programs before committing them to be manufactured in a TMS1000 chip.
